1.3 These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. pkplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15. 1.4 If you are accessing pkplus on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms shall apply to both you individually and that person or entity.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use pkplus, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

2.3 Where pkplus has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions frozen, and the matter referred for investigation. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.
3.3 pkplus operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. All players are required to complete identity verification, which may include submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pkplus reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 By registering on pkplus, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the pkplus Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkplus account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. pkplus will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.
4.2 You must not share your pkplus account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account. Each pkplus account is for the personal and exclusive use of the registered account holder.
4.3 You agree to notify pkplus immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security concern affecting your account. pkplus will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions or to notify pkplus promptly.
4.4 pkplus employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions to protect data transmitted between your device and the pkplus platform. Notwithstanding this, you are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access pkplus is secure and free from malicious software.
5.1 pkplus processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa debit/credit card. pkplus reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount on pkplus is Rs 200. The maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower transaction limits.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. pkplus does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.
5.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. pkplus is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.
5.5 pkplus does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkplus bears no responsibility.
5.6 pkplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's pkplus wallet balance.
6.1 pkplus offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a particular bonus, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus funds credited to your pkplus account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses), validity period, and maximum withdrawal amount will be stated in the bonus-specific terms.
6.3 pkplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any bonus that has already been credited to a player's account prior to withdrawal will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
6.4 The following conduct in connection with bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings:

10.1 All content available on the pkplus platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface designs, betting market data, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of pkplus or its licensed third-party game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkplus platform for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pkplus content without the prior written consent of pkplus.

11.2 By registering on pkplus, you consent to the collection, processing, and retention of your personal data to the extent necessary to provide the pkplus service, complete KYC verification, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, and provide customer support.
11.3 pkplus will not sell your personal data to third parties. 12.2 pkplus does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. pkplus will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12.3 pkplus's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkplus platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your pkplus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pkplus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
14.1 pkplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 You may close your pkplus account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your pkplus wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not yet cleared) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
14.3 Where an account is terminated by pkplus due to a breach of these Terms, including fraud or prohibited conduct, pkplus reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds held in the account and to recover any losses or costs incurred by pkplus as a result of the breach.
15.1 pkplus may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, pkplus will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the pkplus website and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the email address associated with their account.
15.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the pkplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the pkplus platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.2.
15.3 It is your responsibility to check the pkplus Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. pkplus accepts no liability arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkplus holds its international gaming licence.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pkplus, you are encouraged to contact pkplus customer support in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. pkplus will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The seat of arbitration, the language of proceedings, and the applicable rules will be specified in the arbitration notice. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent pkplus from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
